Slight variations in color, texture, or finish between product photographs and the physical item — resulting from natural material characteristics or differences in display calibration — do not constitute defects and are not grounds for a return or refund.

Failure to complete this step in good faith may be referenced as evidence of bad faith in any subsequent dispute or legal proceeding.

Should any provision of these policies be found invalid, void, or unenforceable under applicable law, that provision shall be limited or modified to the minimum extent necessary to render it enforceable. All remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

These policies, read together with the Terms of Service, constitute the complete and exclusive agreement between you and Hide & Co with respect to your purchase and supersede all prior communications, representations, or agreements, whether written or oral.
